With over 18 years experience in the PR industry, David’s expertise lies in creative consumer campaigns and digital communications. Prior to founding The Sauce Agency in 2004, he created and managed the Digital Lifestyle Group (DLG) for Ogilvy’s Howorth Communications, offering a full range of PR services to clients in the “digital lifestyle” sector. In the five years preceding, David served as a regional Vice President for AOL, heading up consumer communications in both Europe and Asia. David managed all communication aspects of AOL’s European operations including strategy, planning, media relations, internal communication and brand identity. In Asia, David was responsible for numerous brands including AOL, ICQ and Netscape. David also acted as regional corporate spokesperson and communications representative for AOL’s parent company, Time Warner. Prior to that, David was based in Sydney heading up the consumer marketing practice of a large multinational PR agency.
